This newly released CD (February of 2006) is a collection of songs that look at grief from a bit more distance than Alan's first CD. The newly written songs relfect Alan's growth not only as a bereaved father, but also as a songwriter and artist. A Little Farther Down The Road is a collection of beautiful songs reminding us that we do get better, but we never forget. The CD features the song "Tonight I Hold This Candle" which many people feel is Alan's most powerful song to date and was played at more than 60 services throughout North America as part of the World Wide Candle Lighting this past December.
